Do I need to install anything?
No. Antwortio runs entirely through WhatsApp and your existing Google Business Profile. There's no app to install and no dashboard to log into.
Is this actually GDPR compliant?
Yes. We host exclusively in Germany (Hetzner), encrypt access tokens at rest, store only the minimum necessary data, and provide a data processing agreement (DPA).
What happens with negative reviews?
1- to 3-star reviews are drafted with extra care and a distinct, empathetic tone, and clearly flagged so you can decide calmly how to respond.
Can I edit the suggested reply?
Any time. Just reply with a correction as text or a voice note — the AI rewrites the draft before anything gets published.
Are replies posted automatically?
In the base plan, you confirm every reply yourself with a short message. An optional autopilot mode for 4- and 5-star reviews is in the works.
